BIO:

Sawyer Elliott is currenlty based out of Erie, PA and works across design, art, modeling, and music. He attended and graduated from the Weber Honors College at San Diego State University with a B.A. in Graphic Design.

As a designer, Sawyer enjoys simplicity and function. He appreciates design as a means of finding thoughtful and practical ways to solve complex problems. Some of his favorite designs are those of Reid Miles for Blue Note Records.

Alongside design, Sawyer also enjoys writing, playing, and listening to all kinds of music. He looks up to and takes heavy influence from guitar greats such as SRV, BB King, Jimi Hendrix, and John Mayer. He also enjoys the work of contemporary musicians who take influence from roots music, including D’Angelo, Alicia Keys, Gary Clark Jr., John Legend, Norah Jones, Spanky Alford, Steve Jordan, Pino Palladino, and many others. He aspires to establish himself as a songwriter and musician in the coming years.

Modeling serves as another creative outlet for Sawyer, allowing him to travel and collaborate with like-minded individuals across the creative space. He enjoys being on set as a way of observing the production process holisitcally and bringing this knowledge to his own owrk in desigin and creative direction.

Most importantly, Sawyer strives to have his relationship with God inform everyting he does. He is passionate about creating and strives to do so from a place of love for God and for people.
